We did not have quorum at the meeting, however, the committee members that were present made the following recommendations:

• Change the color of the roof to a dark gray
• Extend the mullions at the edge of the doors and remove the one in the center of the window above the door
• Extend the fascia behind the window at the entrance
• Add joints in the stucco along the top of the window
• The joints on the window should line up with the head of the window
• Remove the two brick piers at the center and leave the two at the end
• Lower the peak of the vestibule
• Use rowlock brick at the base of the building
• Make the space on side of the windows even
• Move the curb cut along East 116^th further north

The committee voted to table the final decision to give the applicant time to revise his plans to show the additional retail space that the owner intends to add to the project.

• Show the location and height of the sign
• Bring the brick up to the top of the windows
• Wrap the brick around to the rear corners of the building and the sides
• Add a joint in the stucco on the sides at the same height as the brick on the front
• Add shrubs to the E. 116^th side
• Use spreading juniper instead of honeysuckle to ensure year-round opacity
• Use chain link at the rear of the building to secure the equipment
• Add the dumpster location to the site plan

Add exit lighting at the rear of the building above the exit doors and on the side near the dumpsters.
