Conditions:  

The committee approved the project with the following conditions:

  • add landscaping (arborvitae) along the northern property line to act as a buffer between the senior housing and the auto parts store.
  • add fencing from the building to the planting area along the northern property line.

The committee also made a recommendation that the applicant look into the possibility of adding real glass to the top of the windows on the south side of the building with faux glass at the bottom.

The applicant revised the plans to reflect the changes required by the Design Review committee for approval.  They were unable to make changes to the windows on the south side of the building due to location of storage inside of the building.
