Applicant was asked to submit revised plans that incorporate: (1) placement of new awning structure below the cornice and within the frame of the building's existing sign panel; (2) an awning color that should complement the building's existing green trim - "Ashford Forest 4995 0000" is recommended - per the sample presented and reviewed at the meeting; and (3) a color for the proposed banner that is solid blue in color, per the color palette contained in the "Ashford Forest 4995 0000 selection sample. |
