This was tabled for restudy by the Design Review Committee on May 2, 2011. The Committee thought that the signage was not all that legible, and its poor appearance did not lend credence to the quality of the business. The building site is an island bordered by four streets; each of the 4 sides and signs should be looked at independently. |
