Approved with understanding that applicant would: (1) change appearance of planned chain link fence to one of metal frame construction w/wood slats, per design of frontage fence; (2) offset west entrance gate of patio enclosure as far west as possible - e.g., line up w/rear of taven building; (3) install asphalt curb along shadow box fence on patio's south & west sides; (4) install landscaping along Pearl Road patio frontage following consultation w/Home Depot consultant; (5) provide electrical conduit in conjunction w/patio construction. |
