  • Building 2 and Building 1 should be similiar and both be a 'U' shape.
  • Study the (2) story garage and townhome further.  Look to see if improvements can be made which will make it feel more hlistic with the rest of the site.
  • Study the closeness of the buildings and see if there is some way to provide some additional distance between elements of infrastructure so as not to feel so tight.

Scott Aylesworth: Questions the public use of the green parking area and would like to know if the applicant will be addressing permeable pavers/ surfaces to help reduce storm water.

  • As the first construction, it is imperative that this project sets the proper tone for the peninsula.
  • The site still feels dense, the landscaping should be more apparent to help it feel more open.
