Committee moved to recommend final approval of the building design with the understanding that the project sponsor would incorporate the following revisions and submit them to Planning staff for final review & confirmation: (1) the inclusion of a shingled mansard roof on the new addition's south elevation (facing Clark Avenue) and continuation of the stucco below it of the same color to be used elsewhere on the facade; (2) the inclusion of space to accommodate a mural along the new addition's Clark Avenue facade; and (3) the addition of an expanded walkway surrounding the basketball court.
