No Conditions. Approved as presented. Committee Notes: 1. Develop and expand the connection between the patio and the community room, at the rear of the building. Currently, there is just a set of double doors. Can this entrance be opened up or improved to better connect these two semi-public spaces? 2. Consider incorporating some tall shade trees when you develop your landscape plan. Sycamore suggested. 3. A complete landscape plan is required prior to final review. Be sure to provide more detail for the patio area. 4. Can you connect the proposed lawn on the apartment property to the existing lawn on the church property? We understand that the apartment will be on a separate parcel, but think it would be a nice touch if the two, adjacent green spaces were designed to flow seamlessly into one another. |
