Committee moved to recommend approval of the parking lot reconstruction plan as presented with the understanding that: (1) the refuse storage area depicted be removed and in its place two parking spaces be added; and, (2) the distribution of the bicycle racks be modified such that one rack be placed adjacent to the bank's West 25th Street entrance and the remaining three in the vicinity of the bank's rear entrance. |
