Motion to approve the demolition, seeing that there is a master plan in the works. The reuse of the land should serve as greenspace, or another building structure would be acceptable. Extending the parking lot for the Eagle Market would not be an acceptable use. Making this area pedestrian friendly is important. (Approval conducted via an email discussion/vote) |
