Committee Concerns 

  • Complete demoliton of structure, concrete curbing, asphalt parking lot, aprons, and trash enclosure.  Will be regrading and reseeding the lot.  Sidewalk will be re-installed at the approaches.  Chain link fence will be kept on the site.
  • Committee concerned that cars will be parked on the site.  We want to try to prevent that.

 

Cm Polensek was in attendance today.  He is in support of the demolition. The property is being broken into, the curbs will be removed, and the lot will be maintained by McDonald's as they will retain ownership.  He plans to meet with the Government Affairs rep because of how poorly the store waa run.
