Main concerns: 1) building orientation appears to intend to serve the future UH development and not necessarily residents of the area as the presentation implies. 2) conceptual placement/massing of bldg 3 could act as a buffer from residential/pedestrian traffic from north of Chester Ave. 3)Applicant should deliniate which site work is being proposed to be completed within the scope of the first building development, particularly as it relates to the suburban style parking lot(s).

1) Signage will be presented separately as the graphics presented need a hierarchy.

2) Building cornices will be further studied for modifications.

3) Applicant will return with landscape plan, lighting plan and roof plan.

Schematic Design Approval.

Any decorative treatment regarding signage and graphics on the building will require separate review and approval.
