Committee moved to approve the colors, design, internal illumination and placement of the proposed projecting sign. It also approved the request to remove the sign advertising the building's former second floor tenant, due to the deterioration of its letters. Further, it directed the project sponsor to work with the building's new owner to coordinate the develoopment of a comprehensive facade renovation that would include provision for additional new signage and awnings and the removal of old and/or redundant signage. |
