Biography:  
  Alexander C. Wolf was active as an architect in Cleveland from 1911 to 1954. His office was in the Swetland Building and he lived at 1665 Hower in East Cleveland. He was a member of the City Planning Commission (1922-1927) under Mayor Kohler. He was a production manager of the Peerless Motor Car Company during World War I. During the Great Depression he was a building appraiser with the Federal Housing Administration and Federal Homeowners Loan Corporation. He was an architect with the Cleveland Transit System during World War II.
