Name: Nevins Pascal Charlot

Birth/Established: August 1853   Death/Dissolved: November 1, 1884

 


Biography:  
  Nevins P. Charlot was born in Texas and was active as a Cleveland architect from 1878 until his death. Originally he was a member of the firm of Blackburn and Charlot. After that partnership ended he was in business for himself. He lived at 1520 Clark Avenue and was elected to Cleveland City Council in 1883. He died of a heart attack at the age of 31.
