ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS

  1. Ordinance No. 842-12(Ward 2/Councilmember Reed): Changing the Use and Area Districts of land on the southwest side of Turney Road between Warner Road and Macomb Avenue to a Two Family Residential District and a ‘B’ Area District.

  2. Ordinance No. 843-12(Ward 2/Councilmember Reed): Changing the Use Districts of land on the south side of the intersection of Warner Road and Turney Road to Open Space and Recreation.

  3. Ordinance No. 844-12(Ward 2/Councilmember Reed): Changing the Use District of lands located on the east side of Warner Road south of Turney Road to Grand Division Avenue from General Retail to Local Retail.
  4. Ordinance No. 1085-12(Ward 10/Councilmember Miller): To change the Use District of land on the north side of Coit Road between E. 140th Street and E. 141st Street to Residence Office.

  6. Ordinance No. 1458-12(Ward 7/Councilmember Dow): Authorizing the Director of Community Development to transfer property described as Permanent Parcel Nos. 106-13-039, 106-13-042, 106-13-043, 106-13-067, 106-13-069, 106-13-070, 106-13-071, 106-13-072, 106-13-073, 106-13-074, 106-13-076, and 106-13-102, to the control, possession, and use of the Department of Public Works, for future development of League Park.
  7. Ordinance No. 1459-12(Citywide): To repeal Section 4 of Ordinance No. 407-12, passed March 26, 2012, in order to repeal a sunset expiration of Section 680.051 regarding exceptions to newspaper dispensing devices; and to renumber existing Section 5 to new Section 4.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL

  1. Ordinance No. 1399-12(Ward 18/Councilmember Sweeney): To amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 886-12, passed July 11, 2012, relating to the Purchase and Sale Agreement with Cleveland Business Park, Ltd.

  2. Ordinance No. 1407-12(Ward 3/Councilmember Cimperman): Authorizing the Director of Public Works to apply for and accept a grant form the Clean Ohio Conservation Program, or its successor or designee, for environmental assessment and remediation and for property acquisition needed for Stage 3 of the Towpath Trail Project; authorizing the Director to enter into and exercise Option to Purchase agreements with Concrete, Inc. and Jerome T. Osborne for properties needed for the Project and to grant or accept gifts of property between the parties; authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to purchase the properties; and authorizing payment of grant funds to Cuyahoga County for the assessment and remediation of the properties.
