  1. CLEVELAND DOWNTOWN LAKEFRONT PLAN prepared by EEK and VAA for the City of Cleveland Department of Port Control

    NOTE: this plan covers the lakefront area generally between West 3rd and East 18th streets including North Coast Harbor and the western end of Burke Lakefront Airport. This plan was presented to the City Planning Commission on November 18, 2011, as well as at several stakeholder meetings and community meetings on January 25, 2012 and March 13, 2012.

    Proposed Action: Adoption by the City Planning commission as an update of the 2004 Connecting Cleveland: Waterfront District Plan


  1. Ordinance No. 492-12(Ward 3/Councilmember Cimperman): Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to issue a permit to Rockwell Properties, LLC, to encroach into the public right-of-way of Rockwell Avenue and East 6th Street by installing, using, and maintaining 12 concrete light housings.

  2. Ordinance No. 493-12(Ward 3/Councilmember Cimperman): Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to issue a permit to USA Parking Systems Prospect LLC to encroach into the public right-of-way above certain downtown streets with 20 wayfinding signs to be attached to Cleveland Public Power utility poles (by separate permission).

  3. Ordinance No. 494-12(Ward 18/Councilmember Sweeney): To vacate a portion of Allison Avenue N.W.

  4. Ordinance No. 500-12(Ward 4/Councilmember K. Johnson): To vacate a portion of Evarts Avenue S.E. and a portion of East 90th Place.
