MANDATORY REFERRAL

  1. Ordinance No. XXX-12(Ward 3/Councilman Cimperman): Authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into a loan agreement for $1,000,000 of UDAG funding with Optima 777, LLC or its designee, for the construction/renovation of a 450 room Westin Hotel at 777 St. Clair Avenue.

  2. Ordinance No. 72-12(Ward 8/Councilman J. Johnson): Designating Fenn Tower (also known as the National Town and Country Club) as a Cleveland Landmark.
