ZONING MAP AMENDMENT

  1. Ordinance No. 1688-11(Ward 3/Councilman Cimperman): To change the Use and Area Districts of lands located on the northeast side of Professor Street north of Starkweather Avenue from Two-Family Residential and a ‘B’ Area District to a Local Retail Business District and a ‘C’ Area District.

  1. Ordinance No. 4-12(Ward 19/Councilman Keane): Authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 14500 Broxton Avenue to Cynthia J. Stowasser.

  2. Ordinance No. 5-12(Ward 2/Councilman Reed): Authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 10003 Harvard Road to National Container Group, LLC.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS

  1. Ordinance No. 9-12 (Ward 3/Councilman Cimperman): Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into an agreement with the Cleveland Browns concerning the making of capital repairs to the Cleveland Browns Stadium, including accepting the donation of plans and the advancement of funds from the Browns to make the repairs; determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing capital repairs to the Stadium; and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
  2. Ordinance No. 10-12(for property located in Highland Hills, Ohio): Authorizing the Director of Public Works to enter into a concession agreement for the operation of the Highland Park Golf Course, food and beverage concessions, pro shop, merchandise and sales, marketing, and all other golf course and hospitality-related management services for a period of ten years, with two five-year options to renew, exercisable by the Director of Public Works.
