ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
- Ordinance No. 1225-11(Ward 15/Councilman Zone): To change the Use District of land located on the northwest corner of W. 65th Street and Storer Avenue from Shopping Center to General Industry (Map Change No. 2369, Sheet No. 2).
Ordinance No. 1434-11(Citywide): To amend Section 350.06 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 1282-06, passed November 27, 2006, relating to prohibited signs.
Ordinance No. 1383-11(Ward12/Councilman Brancatelli): To vacate a portion of E. 78th Street.
Ordinance No. 1387-11(Ward 9/Councilman Conwell): Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to issue a permit to SDR University Circle Developer, LLC to encroach into the public right-of-way of Cornell Road by installing, using, and maintaining a fixed canopy and an elevated outdoor seating area and decorative iron fencing.
Ordinance No. 1446-11(Ward 14/Councilman Cummins): Authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 3707 Walton Avenue to William D. & Marjorie A. Hildebrandt.
Ordinance No. 1447-11(Ward11/Councilman Polensek): Authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 18430 Nottingham Road and 18421 Buffalo Road to John H. Crow.
