Ordinance No. 1461-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman): Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire and re-convey properties presently owned by JHB Hotel, LLC located at 1001-1101 Euclid Avenue for the propose of entering into the chain-of-title prior to the adoption of tax increment financing legislation authorized under Section 5709.41 of the Revised Code; and authorizing an agreement with JHB Hotel, LLC.
Ordinance No. 451-11 (Ward 3/Cimperman): Authorizing the Director of Port Control to lease certain property located at 4101 North Marginal Road and known as Aviation High School to Constant Aviation, LLC, a subsidiary of Mercury Air Services, LLC, for the purpose of providing maintenance services for general aviation aircraft, for a term of two years, with two one-year options to renew, the first of which is exercisable through additional legislative authority; and to issue rent credits to Mercury Air Services, LLC, for design costs.
Ordinance No. 561-11 (Ward 18/Sweeney): Authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more leases or leases by way of concession and one or more agreements for the purpose of designing, constructing, managing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading a gas station and related amenities on selected Cleveland Hopkins International Airport property at or near the intersection of Brookpark Road and Rocky River Drive, for a period up to thirty years, with one ten year option to renew, exercisable through additional legislative authority.
Ordinance No. 531-11 (Ward 11/Polensek): An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 16816 Lake Shore Boulevard to Tuzzan, LTD.
Ordinance No. 539-11 (Ward 2/Reed): An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 4350 Warner Road to Richard Bossone and Kathye Bossone.
