ZONING MAP AMENDMENT

  1. Ordinance No. 1418-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman):  Expanding the Live-Work Overlay District to include the land between E. 40th Street and E. 49th Street north of Saint Clair Avenue and south of the railroad (Map Change No. 2339, Sheet No. 4).

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL

  1. Ordinance No. 1455-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman):  Authorizing the Director of Community Development to lease certain property located at 4115 Bridge Avenue to The Near West Side Multi-Service Corporation, or its designee to operate the May Dugan Multi-Service Center, for a term of ten years with one ten-year option to renew, exercisable by the Director of Community Development.  [Administratively approved 11/10/10)

  1. Ordinance No. 1458-10 (Ward 6/Mitchell) An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 11016 Notre Dame to Kyle Gould.
  2. Ordinance No. 1459-10 (Ward 1/Pruitt) An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 4253 East 164th Street to Alisha L. Drake.

MANDATORY REFERRALS

  1. Ordinance No. 1457-10 (Ward 6/Mitchell):  Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to sell City-owned property no longer needed for public use located at 2435 Grandview Avenue to Emerald Development and Economic Network, Inc.
  2. Ordinance No. 1464-10 (Ward 10/Miller) An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located on Cliffview Road to Cleveland Municipal School District.
  3. Ordinance No. 1451-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman):  Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire and re-convey properties presently owned by JHB Hotel, LLC located at 1001-1101 Euclid Avenue for the purpose of entering into the chain-of-title prior to the adoption of tax increment financing legislation authorized under Section 5709.41 of the Revised Code; and authorizing an agreement with JHB Hotel, LLC.
  4. Ordinance No. 1468-10 (Citywide):  To amend Sections 161.01 to 161.09 and 161.99 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by various ordinances; and to repeal Section 161.051, as enacted by Ordinance No. 329-99, passed June 7, 1999, relating to the Landmarks Commission.
  5. Ordinance No. 1469-10 (Citywide):  To amend Section 161.02 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 2458-79, passed December 17, 1979 to exclude religious stained glass type windows from the definition of “Landmark.”
