MANDATORY REFERRALS

  1. Ordinance No. 1030-10 (Ward 8/J. Johnson)Authorizing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to Ohio Technical College to encroach into the public right-of-way of 1374 East 51st Street by installing, using, and maintaining an entrance canopy and two support posts.

  2. Ordinance No. 1031-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman) Authorizing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation to encroach inot the public right-of-way of the west side of West 6th Street between Frankfort Avenue and St. Clair Avenue by installing, using, and maintaining steel railings around 7 existing planting beds. 

  3. Resolution No. 1032-10 (Ward 16/Westbrook)Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of Stanhope Court N.W. (12 feet wide).

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS

  1. Ordinance No. 1024-10 (Ward 3/Reed):  To vacate a portion of East 104th Street. 

  2. Ordinance No. 1187-10 (Ward 16/Westbrook) Determining the method of making the public improvement of stabilizing the former Fifth Church of Christ building located at 11623 Lake Avenue; and authorizing the Director of Community Development to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to perform architectural services, and to perform environmental assessment and remediation services.

  3. Ordinance No. 1195-10 (Ward 5/Cleveland):  Authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into a Tax Increment Financing Agreement with Dunham Square Land, LLC, or its designee; to provide for the construction of a multi-tenant office/technology center located at 6700 Euclid Avenue; to provide for payments to the Cleveland City School District; and to declare certain improvements to real property to be a public purpose.

  4. Resolution No. 1196-10 (Ward 6/Mitchell):  Declaring the necessity and intention to appropriate a temporary construction easement for public use in connection with the replacement of East 93rd Street, including the East 93rd Street bridge.
