ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS

  1. Un-numbered Ordinance:  To amend Section 1 of Ordinance No. 797-10, passed June 7, 2010, relating to the exchange of real property between the City and Pyrrhus, Inc. and Borchert Fence Co. necessary for the development of the Green City Growers greenhouse project.   [Approved administratively 8/11/10]
  2. Un-numbered Ordinance:  An Emergency Ordinance authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into a Tax Increment Financing Agreement with 6200 Euclid Avenue, LLC, a real estate holding company for Royal Ice Cream dba Pierre’s Ice Cream, to make real property improvements needed for the relocation of Pierre’s Ice Cream Company’s manufacturing facility to 6200 Euclid Avenue; to provide for payments to the Cleveland City School District; and to declare certain improvements to real property to be a public purpose.   [Approved administratively 8/11/10]
  3. Un-numbered Ordinance To amend the title and Sections 1 and 5 of Ordinance No. 795-10, passed June 7, 2010, relating to acquiring and re-conveying properties for chain-of-title purposes needed before adopting tax increment financing legislation, by changing the name of LCA 6700 Euclid, LLC to Dunham Square Land, LLC, or its designee.  [Approved administratively 8/11/10]
