LEGISLATION  (Ordinances yet-to-be-introduced) 

  1. (Parks)  To amend 1591-09 (public improvement to make various energy efficiency improvements in Parks, Health, and Safety) to change the lighting upgrade components (except those at the West Side Market) from a design and construct improvement to a design build. 

  2. (ED)  Enter into a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) agreement with 6200 Euclid Avenue LLC (Pierre’s Ice Cream).
  3. (ED)  Amend 620-10 (Cleveland Rowing Foundation) changing the City’s     mortgage and lien positions through a new file.

  4. (ED)  Development agreement with MidTown Cleveland, or designee, to develop a new 3rd District  police station at 4501 Chester (Ward Bakery property); authorize EDI grant and HUD 108 loan funding; sell existing 3rd District police station property at 10660 Chester to J. Christopher Enterprises, Inc., or their designee, and use proceeds from the sale to partially finance the project; and lease existing 3rd District property until new one is built.

  5. (ED)  Sell property known as Tops/Superior Lakeview  (11905 Superior) to Forman Mills Real Estate LLC, or their designee, to develop a grocery store, and a clothing and household goods store at 11905 Superior.
