  5. Ordinance No. 816-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman):  Approving the report of the Assessment Equalization Board on objections concerning estimated assessments with respect to the Downtown Cleveland Improvement District and to provide additional security, additional cleaning and maintenance of the public rights-of-way within the District and collective economic development and marketing of the District in the City of Cleveland; determining to proceed to provide additional security, cleaning and maintenance of the public rights-of-way within the District, and collective economic development and marketing of the District; adopting the assessments; levying the assessments; and authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into an agreement with the Downtown Cleveland Improvement Corporation.
