Ordinance No. 558-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman): Designating St. Wendelin Church and School, School (1905), Rectory, Convent, and Parish Hall as a Cleveland Landmark.]

Ordinance No. 544-10 (Citywide): Authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to purchase an intelligent street light monitoring system, including labor and materials needed to install the system and installation, if necessary, to be attached on a limited number of poles during a one-year pilot program, for the Division of Cleveland Public Power, Department of Public Utilities.

Resolution No. 510-10 (Ward 12/Brancatelli): Declaring the necessity and intention to appropriate a standard highway easement for the public purpose of improving the turning radius at the intersection of Broadway and Harvard Avenues.

Resolution No. 511-10 (Ward 5/Cleveland): Declaring the necessity and intention to appropriate an overhead permanent utility easement for the public purpose of related power poles and lines needed to rehabilitate portions of Woodland Avenue and Kinsman Road.

Resolution No. 512-10 (Ward 5/Cleveland): Declaring the necessity and intention to appropriate a temporary easement and to appropriate property for the public purpose of widening a public road in connection with extending Bessemer Avenue.

Ordinance No. 549-10 (Citywide): Giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the State of Ohio for the rehabilitation of the East 93rd Street Bridge; authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into any relative agreements; and causing payment of the City’s share to the State for the Cost of the the Improvement.

Ordinance No. 550-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman): Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing various improvements to Cleveland Browns Stadium, including replacing an expansion joint and making various concrete and steel repairs; and authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
