SUMMARY CALENDAR

  1. Resolution No. 211-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman) Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of West 29th Street.
  2. Resolution No. 209-10 (Ward 12/Brancatelli):  Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of East 65th Street (25 feet wide).
  3. Ordinance No. 266-10 (Ward 4/K. Johnson):  Authorizing the Director of Parks, Recreation and Properties to lease the Seneca Golf Course and certain adjacent to the Cleveland Metroparks and the City of Broadview Heights for a property term of ninety-nine years.
  4. Ordinance No. 262-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman) Authorizing the Director of Public Service to issue permits to various property owners, their successors and assigns, to encroach into the public right-of-way beneath Euclid Avenue within the Euclid Corridor Project area by installing, using, and maintaining underground vaults.
  5. Ordinance No. 263-10 (Ward 8/J Johnson):  Authorizing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to Cleveland State University to encroach into the public right-of-way beneath Euclid Avenue by installing, using, and maintaining dual 12-inch chilled water lines.
  6. Ordinance No. 265-10 (Ward 3/Cimperman):  Giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the State of Oio for the rehabilitation of the Willow Avenue Lift Bridge; authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into any relative agreements.         

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL

  1. Ordinance No. 307-10 (Ward 2/Reed) To amend Section 2 of Ordinance No. 915-09, passed July 1, 2009, relating to contract with Miles Shopping Plaza LLC to provide economic development assistance to partially finance the construction of a new retail center located at Miles Avenue and East 131st Street.
