ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS

  1. Ordinance No. 1112-09 (Ward 17/Zone):  Changing the Use District of lands on the southwest corner of West 57th Street and Ithaca Court shown shaded on the attached map from Two Family Residential (2F) to Urban Garden District (UGD), (Map change No. 2287, Sheet No. 1).
  2. Ordinance No. 1113-09 (Ward 17/Zone) To change the Use District of land located on the northeast corner of Bridge Avenue and W. 58th Street to Open Space and Recreation District (Map Change No. 2286, Sheet No. 1).
  3. Ordinance No. 1114-09 (Ward 17/Zone):  To change the Use District of land located on the northeast corner of Clinton Avenue and West 65th Street to Open Space and Recreation District (Map Change 2285, Sheet No. 1).
  4. Ordinance No. 1271-09 (Ward 13/Cimperman) Changing the Use District of land on the southwest corner of Columbus Road and Winter Street from General Industry to Residence Industry.  (Map Change No. 2289, Sheet No. 1).

LEGISLATION

  1. Ordinance No. 1587-09 (Ward 20/Sweeney):  Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating the exterior terminal building façade at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to design the improvement; and to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed in connection with the improvement.
  2. Ordinance No. 1588-09 (Ward 20/Sweeney) Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating the terminal ticketing lobby at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to design the improvement; and to enter int various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed in connection with the improvement.
  3.
