ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
- Ordinance No. 1418-09 (Ward 13/Cimperman): Expanding the Live-Work Overlay District to include the land between East 34th Street and East 36th Street; south of Saint Clair Avenue and shown on the attached map (Map Change NO. 2290, Sheet No. 4).
MANDATORY REFERRALS
- Ordinance No. 1412-09 (Various Wards): Authorizing the Mayor to apply to the District One Public Works Integrating Committee for state funding for the Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Fulton Avenue, East 152nd Street and East 88th/Crane/East 91st Street reconstruction projects; authorizing the Mayor to accept one or more grants from the Ohio Public Works Commission for the projects; and state funding to obtain credit enhancements and loan assistance in support of the City’s general obligation bonds issued for road and bridge improvements.
- Ordinance No. 1273-09 (Ward ): Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating Cedar Avenue from East 21st Street to East 55th Street; authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to design the improvement; authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire for right-of-way purposes such real property as is necessary to make the public improvement; and authorizing the Director to enter into any agreement relative thereto; and authorizing the Director to accept cash contributions from the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, and private utility companies for costs associated with the improvement and to enter into agreements.
- Resolution No. 1415-09 (Ward 6/Mitchell): Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of East 106th Place.
