ZONING MAP AMENDMENTS

  1. Ordinance No. 972-09 (Ward 13/Ciimperman) Changing the Use District of lands on the south side of Clark Avenue between the intersections of W. 13th Street and an Unnamed Alley to a Local Retail Business District and a Two Family Residential District and a ‘B’ Area District as indicated on the map (Map Change No. 2283, Sheet No. 5).

  1. Ordinance No. 675-09 (Ward 6/Mitchell):  To supplement the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio , 1976, by enacting new Section 347.17 relating to satellite dishes.  (Tabled June 19, 2009)
  2. Resolution No. 862-09 (Ward 13/Cimperman) Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of East 23rd Street, East 25th Street, East 25th Place and Payne Court N.E.  (Tabled June 19, 2009)
  3. Ordinance No. 971-09 Authorizing the submission to the electors of the City of Cleveland of a proposal to amend Section 76 of the Charter of the City of Cleveland, relating to the City Planning Commission.
  4. Ordinance No. 925-09 To amend Sections 161.03, 161.05, 161.07, 161.09, and 161.99 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio 1976, as amended by various ordinances, relating to the Landmarks Commission.
  5. Ordinance No. 976-09:  To amend Section 3103.20 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, Ohio, 1976, as amended by Ordinance Number 1238-06, passed August 8, 2006, relating to proper notice of public hearings on condemnation appeals to the Board of Building Standards and Building Appeals. 
  6. Ordinance No. 907-09 (Ward 16/Kelley) Designating Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, School, Rectory, Convent, and Hall as a Cleveland Landmark. 
  7. Ordinance No. 965-09 (Ward 5/Cleveland) Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to purchase property for future redevelopment by the Ohio Department of Mental Health for the purposes of constructing a Behavioral Health Care Hospital at 5508 Euclid Avenue, 5806 Euclid Avenue, and 5810 Euclid Avenue for the Department of Economic Development.
  8. Ordinance No. 904-09 (Ward 20/Sweeney):  Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing Phse 3 of the Consolidated Maintenance Facility project; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvements; authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to design the improvement; and to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed in connection with the improvement.
  9. Ordinance No. 905-09 (Ward 20/Sweeney):  Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing additional employee parking spaces and related facilities at the Riveredge site at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to design the improvement; and to enter into various written purchase and requirement contracts needed in connection with the improvement. 
  10. Ordinance No. 906-09 (Ward 20/Sweeney) Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing additional emergency generator power supply at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to design the improvement; and to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts needed in connection with the improvement.
  11. Ordinance No. 964-09 (Ward 13/Cimperman):  Determining the method of making the public improvements of renovating and rehabilitating Aviation High School and its associated property and constructing a temporary consolidation maintenance facility at Burke Lakefront Airport; authorizing the Director of Port Control to enter into one or more contracts for the making of the improvements; to employ one or more professional consultants to design the improvements and to enter into various written standard purchase and requirement contracts; to lease Aviation High

    School and its associated property to MCPc, Inc., dba MCPc Computer Products, for a term of fifteen years; to apply for and accept grants from any public or private entities to implement the improvements; and authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter into an Enterprise Zone Agreement with MCPc to provide for a 15 years, 68.25% tax abatement for certain tangible real property improvements as an incentive to renovate and rehabilitate Aviation High School and its associated property, located at 1501 North Marginal Road in the Cleveland Area Enterprise Zone.
