SUMMARY CALENDAR

  1. Ordinance No. 158-09 (Zone/Ward 17) Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing and installing water main improvements relating to the Aurora Road project; and authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter inot one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
  2. Ordinance No. 198-09 (Cleveland/Ward 5)An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program to LCA6700 Euclid LLC; and to repeal Ordinance No. 297-08, passed April 14, 2008 relating to the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program to Midtown Cleveland, Inc.
  3. Ordinance No. 200-09 (Conwell/ward 9):  An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilizaiton Program and located at 1475 East 111th Street to Gale E. Shepherd.

 

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS

  1. Ordinance No. 190-09 (Westbrook/Ward 19)Authorizing the Director of Economic Development to enter intoa Neighborhood Development Investment Fund contract with Penstan Limited to provide economic development assistance to partially finance the acquisition and interior renovation of a building located at 9103 Detroit Avenue, and other associated costs necessary to redevelop the property.
