At the last meeting, the Planning Commission lacked a quorum for the following:

  1. UCDD 08-011:  11000 Euclid Avenue (East of Adelbert Road) University Hospitals, Case Medical Center, Center for Emergency Medicine
  2. UCDD 08-031: 11100 Euclid Avenue, University Hospitals, Case Medical Center, Signage Replacement Program
  3. DRC 08-068:  New East 24th Street, between Euclid Avenue and Prospect Avenue, Privately Developed Housing for Cleveland State University and Associated Parking Garage, Schematic Review

ZONING MAP AMENDMENT

  1. Ordinance No. 1353-08 (Brady/Ward 19):  To change the Use District of land on the southeast corner of West 130th Street and Bellaire Road from General Retail Business to Semi-Industry (Map Change No. 2268, Sheet No. 12).

SUMMARY CALENDAR

  1. Ordinance No. 1346-08 (Cummins/Ward 15):  An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located on Denison Avenue to Robert E. Prunty and Gayle Prunty.
  2. Ordinance No. 1347-08 (Santiago/Ward 14):  An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located on West 33rd Street to Richard H. Lennon, Bishop of Cleveland Catholic Diocese.
