INFORMATIONAL:  Cleveland Cuyahoga Port Authority

LEGISLATION

  1. Ordinance No. 406-08 (Cimperman/Ward 13):  Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to sell City-owned property no longer needed for public use located at 1150 east 38th Street, to the State of Ohio, Department of Transportation for the State’s Innerbelt Project; and authorizing the Director of public Safety to lease back the property located at 1150 East 38th Street from the State of Ohio, for a limited term, for the public purpose of operating the Division of Police’s mounted Unit. (Approved by CPC on 3/28/08)
  2. Ordinance No. 945-08 (Sweeney/Ward 20):  To amend Section 350.10 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, OH, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 1282-06, passed November 27, 2006, relating to billboards. . (Tabled fr. 6/20/08, 7/18/08 and 8/01/08).
  3. Ordinance No. 1172-08:  Authorizing the Director of public Service to issue a permit to the Cuyahoga county Booard of County Commissioners to encroach into the public right-of-way of east 93rd Street and Quincy Avenue by installing, using, and maintaining telecommunication conduits and vehicle bollards.
  4. Ordinance No. 1173-08:  Authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into an amendment to Contract No. 38890 with Pleasant Valley enterprises for the lease of property located at 14550 Lorain Avenue.
  5. Ordinance No. 1174-08:  Authorizing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to Saint Ignatius High School to encroach into the public right-of-way of Lorain Avenue by installing, using, and maintaining a six-foot utility duct bank for campus infrastructure; and authorizing the acceptance of an easement from Saint Ignatius High School for sidewalk purposes, for the Department of Public Service.
  6. Ordinance No. 1175-08:  Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating, renovating, reconstructing or otherwise improving various City of Cleveland facilities; authorizing the director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to implement the improvement.
  7. Ordinance No. 1176-08:  Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating, renovating, reconstructing or otherwise improving various Division of Recreation facilities; authorizing the Director of Parks, Recreation and Properties to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the Director of Public Service to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to implement the improvement.
  8. Ordinance No. 1177-08:  Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating, renovating, reconstructing or otherwise improving various Division of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the Director of Public Service to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to implement the improvement.
  9. Ordinance No. 1178-08:  Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating, renovating, reconstructing or otherwise improving various  Department of Public Health facilities; authorizing the director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to implement the improvement.
  10. Ordinance No. 1179-08: Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating, renovating, reconstructing or otherwise improving various Department of public Safety facilities; authorizing the director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to implement the improvement.
  11. Ordinance No. 1180-08:  Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating, renovating, reconstructing or otherwise improving various Department of Public Service facilities; authorizing the director of Public Service to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or more professional consultants necessary to implement the improvement.
  12. Ordinance No. 1181-08:  Determining the method of making the public improvement of performing environmental remediation and demolition of the former Beehive Classroom Apartment Building located at 4345 Lee Road; and authorizing the Director of Community Development to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
  13. Resolution No. 1185-08:  Declaring the intent to vacate the 1st un-named alley east of East of East 55th Street and North of Superior Avenue.
  14. Resolution No. 1186-08:  Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of Baldwin Road S.E.
  15. Resolution No. 1187-08:  Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of West 27th Place.
  16. Resolution No. 1188-08:  Declaring the intent to vacate a portion of the 1st alley North of Woodland Avenue running to the West and East of East 81st Street.
  17. Resolution No. 1191-08:  Declaring the intent to vacate the first un-named alley East of Warner Rd. and South of Tioga Ave.
