MANDATORY REFERRALS

1. Ordinance No. 755-08 (White/Ward 2):  Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to sell City-owned property no longer needed for public use located on the south side of Marston Avenue, north of Miles Avenues, and known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 138-11-146 an 138-11-147 to Union Miles Development Corporation, or its designee, for commercial development.
2. Ordinance No. 756-08 (Kelley/Ward 16):   Authorizing the Director Parks, Recreation and Properties to apply for and accept a grant from the State of Ohio for site improvements at Loew Park.
3. Ordinance No. 757-08 (Sweeney/Ward 20):  Authorizing the Director of Parks, Recreation and Properties to execute a deed of easement rights in property located along Emery Park between Emery Avenue and West 130th street and declaring the easement rights granting to St. Paul A.M.E. Church certain easement rights in property located along Emery Park between Emery Avenue and West 130th Street and declaring the easement rights granted are not needed for public use.
4. Ordinance No. 765-08 (White/Ward 2):  Authorizing the Director of Community Development to transfer Permanent Parcel Nos. 134-20-001 and 134-20—51, to control, possession, and use of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Properties.
5. Ordinance No. 766-08 (Zone/Ward17):  Authorizing the Director of Economic Development to apply for and accept a grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency for redevelopment of the Crescent Avenue Industrial-Commercial Land Bank Property located at 3418 Crescent Avenue; authorizing the Director of Economic Development to employ one or more professional consultants to prepare a cleanup plan, manage the site, and implement the cleanup, including but not limited to, soil removal and sampling; determining the method of making the public improvement of implementing the cleanup; and authorizing the Director to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
6. Ordinance No. 772-08 (Cleveland/Ward 5):  An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located on scattered sites to Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority.  
7. Ordinance No. 829-08 (Cimperman/Ward 13):  Authorizing the director of City Planning to enter into a Project Development Agreement with the Cuyahoga county Board of County Commissioners, Cleveland Metroparks Board of Parks  Commissioners, and the Ohio Canal Corridor, Incl. to implement the Towpath Trail Project; and authorizing other agreements relative to the project.
