MANDATORY REFERRALS

  1. Ordinance No. 755-08 (White/Ward 2):  Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to sell City-owned property no longer needed for public use located on the south side of Marston Avenue, north of Miles Avenues, and known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 138-11-146 an 138-11-147 to Union Miles Development Corporation, or its designee, for commercial development.
  2. Ordinance No. 756-08 (Kelley/Ward 16):   Authorizing the Director Parks, Recreation and Properties to apply for and accept a grant from the State of Ohio for site improvements at Loew Park.
  3. Ordinance No. 757-08 (Sweeney/Ward 20):  Authorizing the Director of Parks, Recreation and Properties to execute a deed of easement rights in property located along Emery Park between Emery Avenue and West 130th street and declaring the easement rights granting to St. Paul A.M.E.
