1. Ordinance Number 560-08 (Councilman Zone) – Establishing a Pedestrian Retail Overlay (PRO) District on Detroit Avenue and Lake Avenue between West 48th Street and West 77th Street as shown shaded on the attached map. (Map Change No. 2261, Sheet Number 1)
2. Ordinance Number  1069-07 (Cummins– Ward 15). To change the Use, Area and Height Districts of land located on the north and south sides of Denison Avenue between West 16th Street and West 13th Street from General Retail Business or Semi-Industry a ‘D’ Area District and a ‘1’ Height District to Local Retail Business, a ‘B’ Area District and a ‘2’ Height District (Map Change No. 2237; Sheet No. 6).
3. Ordinance No. 1268-07 (Zone– Ward 17) This Ordinance proposes to change the Use Districts of parcels on the north and south sides of Lorain Road between West 80th Street and West 73rd Street as shown shaded on the attached map from a General Retail Business District or a Semi-Industry District to a Local Retail Business District (Map Change No. 2240, Sheets 1 & 2). 

1. Ordinance No. 548-08:  Authorizing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to South Pointe Commons, L.P. to encroach into the public rights-of-way of Sackett Court and of West 23rd Place by installing, using, and maintaining building overhangs and front steps.
2. Ordinance No. 550-08:  Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating and replacing the Henninger Ave. area sewer system, which may include but not be limited to installing manholes and catch basins, and authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
3. Ordinance No. 551-08:  Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating and replacing the Highview Ave. area sewer system, which may include but not be limited to installing manholes and catch basins, and authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
4. Ordinance No. 552-08: Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating and replacing the West 50th Street area sewer system, which may include but not be limited to installing manholes and catch basins, and authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
5. Ordinance No. 556-08: Determining the method of making the public improvement of Cleveland Public Power Capacity Enhancement Program; authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more contracts for the making of the improvement; authorizing the purchase by standard purchase and requirement contract of related equipment; authorizing the acquisition of various rights and interests in real property; authorizing the relocation or modification of fixtures or features on the property; authorizing various professional services contracts; and authorizing the lease or purchase of property for a Southern Service Center for the Division of Cleveland Public Power, Department of Public Utilities.
6. Ordinance No. 561-08:  To amend Section 350.10 of the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, OH, 1976, as amended by Ordinance No. 1282-06, passed November 27, 2006, relating to removing the restriction on billboards on State route 176 (the Jennings Freeway.
7. Ordinance No. 589-08:  Authorizing the Director of Public Service to issue a permit to Northeast Shores Development Corporation to encroach into the public right-of-way at 15601 Waterloo Road by installing, using, and maintaining one public art object.
8. Ordinance No. 590-08:  Authorizing the Director of public service to issue a permit to Ohio City Near West Development to encroach into the public right-of-way of West 25th Street and Lorain Avenue with 10 banners to be attached to Cleveland public Power utility poles (by separate permission)
9. Ordinance No. 602-08: Designating A Christmas Story House as a Cleveland Landmark.
