ZONING
  1. Ordinance No. 361-08 (Mitchell/Conwell) To change the Use, Area and Height Districts of lands located on the southwest corner of Euclid Avenue and East 117th Street and lands located on the northeast corner of Mayfield Rd. and East 117th Street to a General Retail Business District, a ‘K’ Area District and a ‘4’ Height District.
  2. Ordinance No. 362-08 (Mitchell/Ward 6):  To change the Use District of lands located on the south side of Cedar Avenue between East 100th Street and East 101st  Street to Institutional Research.
