LEGISLATION
  1. Ordinance No. 1235-07: Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing upgrades and improvements at the Baldwin Water Works – Kirtland Pump Station; and authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement. Tabled from 9/7/07.
  2. Ordinance No. 1408-07:  To appropriate property for the public purpose of installing traffic signal mast arms and ADA-compliant curb ramps located at the northwest corner of West 150th Street and Industrial Parkway.
  3. Ordinance No. 1409-07:  Giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the Board of County Commissioners for the improvement of the Whiskey Island Marina access road; authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into any relative agreements.
  4. Ordinance No. 1410-07:  Giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the Board of County Commissioners for the rehabilitation of Brookpark Road Bridge No. 39 over the Rocky River; and theorizing the Director Public Service to enter into any relative agreements; and to apply for and accept an allocation County Motor Vehicle License Tax Funds for the improvement.
  5. Ordinance No. 1407-07:  To name the first unnamed alley west of Bellaire Road (between Matherson Avenue and Leeila Avenue) as Matherson Court S.W.
  6. Ordinance No. 1411-07:  To vacate a portion of West Lakeside Avenue N.W.
