LEGISLATION
  1. Ordinance No. 1235-07: Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing upgrades and improvements at the Baldwin Water Works – Kirtland Pump Station; and authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement.
  2. Ordinance No. 1265-07 (Citywide): To supplement the Codified Ordinances of Cleveland, OH, 1976, by enacting new Section 329.021, relating to appeals from decisions of the City Planning Commission.  Tabled 8/16/07.
  3. Ordinance No. 1260-07 Pierce-Scott/Ward 8):  Authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to purchase property in furtherance of the Upper Chester District Master Plan at 1906 East 101st Street for the Department of Community Development.
