ZONING
  1. Ordinance No. 1067-07 (Cimperman/Ward 13):  Establishing a Planned Unit Development Overlay District (PUD) on lands located on the north side of Starkweather Avenue between Professor Street and West 7th Street.

LOT SPLIT

  1. Miller Court housing proposal (DRC 07-076), approval of a lot split involving the creation of two substandard parcels (36’-0” x 42’-0” each) and for approval of the design of two detached single-family residences.  The parcel to be split is located at the southeast corner of West 5th Street and Miller Court in the Tremont neighborhood (Jeff Rutushin, agent for the developer).

BUSINESS REVITALIZATION DISTRICTS

Glenville BRD

  1. SaiMan Lee of the kinsman Foot and Ankle Clinic propose to construct a one story 1500 square foot masonry building on the corner of east 107th & St Clair Avenue located in the Glenville BRD. The new structure will house a new Foot & Ankle Clinic as part of their efforts to expand their services to the Glenville community. The Glenville Design Review Committee reviewed the site plan & elevations on July 12th 2007 were approval was given for the project.
