LEGISLATION
  1. Ordinance No. 922-07 (Johnson, Cimperman, Sweeney) : Determining the method of making the public improvement of rehabilitating, renovating, reconstructing, or otherwise improving various recreation centers; authorizing the Director of Parks, Recreation and Properties to enter into one or more public improvement contracts to construct the improvement; and authorizing the director to employ one or professional consultants necessary to design the improvement.
  2. Ordinance No. 923-07 (Lewis/Ward 7) : An emergency ordinance authorizing the sale of real property as part of the Land Reutilization Program and located at 1564 Ansel Road to Community Cooperative Development Foundation.
  3. Ordinance No. 924-07 (Cimperman/Ward 13) : Authorizing the Director of Community Development to enter into an amendment to the development agreement and promissory note with Zaremba, Inc.; and to amend Section 2 of Ordinance No. 854-05, passed May 23, 2005, relating to a development agreement with Zaremba, Inc., or its designee, for the sale and redevelopment of City-owned urban renewal parcels located on West 12 th and East 13 th Streets; and authorizing the sale of City-owned property to Zaremba, Inc., or its designee.
