Design Review Database
As a temporary measure during the transition to a new Design Review Committee system and database, cases for the new Regional Design Review Committees and for the superseded Business Revitalization District Design Review Committees can be accessed through the list below. As of February 2009, design review cases are being recorded under the name of the new Regional Committees.
The new Design Review Regions include the following: Far West, Near West, Downtown/Flats, Euclid Corridor, East, Southeast, and Northeast.
The status and actions of design review cases that have been, or are being, heard by local design review advisory committees can be accessed through the list below. Click on the name of the design review district within which the proposed project is located. You will be taken to a list of design review cases for that district, with the most recent case listed first. If the case you are looking for is not on the initial page click on “Next” to access older cases. Only projects that have been reviewed by the local design review advisory committee will be on the list. Click on the name of the case that you are interested in to access details of actions taken for that case.
