Description:

Make alterations to first floor of one-story retail building to accommodate laundromat use by extending the current recessed storefront out to the street line so that it is in line with front wall of adjacent commercial structure located at 4401 Clark Avenue.  Eventually, laundromat facility will occupy the first floor of both buildings.  The structural integrity of the existing wall has been compromised, so immediate facade repair is required.
