Approved with the following conditions:

  1. Font and logo should be consistent on all signs

Wall sign

  1. Remove the "&" sign on the side of the building
  2. Shift the sign on the building a bit to the right (away from the edge of the building)

Window sign

  1. reverse cut the vinyl letters so that they are applied to the inside of the window
  2. Change the shape of the arrow so that it clearly indicates that the parking is in the rear of the building

Monument sign

  1. Sign on the side panel should be the same height as the sign on the front and back of the monument sign.
