  • The design of the building should have more of a relation to the canopy (possibly a metal seam roof).
  • Add landscaping along east 131st, along Harvard and behind the building.
  • Show the building footprint of the church to the north

The project was approved with the condition that the two rows of white bricks that are proposed in line with the bottom of the window be reduced to one row of bricks and placed just beneath the windowsill.

The applicant will also work with the adjacent church to determine the most appropriate way to fence off the space between the back of the building and the adjacent church to reduce the potential for criminal activity.
