Committee approved design of the non-illuminated sign proposed for the building's north facade as presented. The design of the LED illuminated sign proposed for the building's south facade was also approved with the understanding the sponsor return with details on the type of lettering to be employed, how the sign will appear during daylight and night time hours and the placement of the street address panel within the sign face. The applicants also must return with site lighting and landscaping details. |
