Approved with the understanding that:

  1. The 6'-tall board-on-board fence remains in place on the north and west property lines and wheel stops be placed inboard of the fence along the north side of the lot to protect it from vehicular damage.
  2. A pressure-treated wooden bollard (6" x 6" minimum) and chain fence barrier be installed on the south property line.
  3. A 4'-tall decorative fence be installed on the east property line facing West 33rd St.
  4. The proposed driveway gate depicted in the site plan shall match the design of the decorative fence.
  5. The site plan be re-examined by the architect to determine whether angled parking can be employed as an alternative to the parallel spaces depicted.  The architect has agreed to submit a plan showing this option.-
