Committee moved to approve the proposed new building facade design on the condition that the panel above the main entrance door matches the building's existing brick color.  Business ID signage will be prepared and submitted by a sign contractor at a later date.  With respect to the 4'-tall ornamental fencing along the Walton Avenue frontage, the consensus was that it be installed in three distinct sections flanking the two driveway entrances.  The Committee  asked the sponsors to further study and refine site and parking lot lighting and security, traffic flow into and out of the property, and the location of the child drop-off area and playground, all of which are to be incorporated into a revised site plan to be prepared by the project architect for subsequent Committee review.
