Motion to approve on the condition that the following items are achieved: 1). The background color of the sign is to be changed to something darker, so that the is not a stark difference (ie black on white). 2). The “Langston Hughes” text be smaller relative to the “Bridgescape” text. 3). The end of the sign is to line up with the horizontal window band. If the above conditions are met, the sign could be approved via email. |
