"This project is the comprehensive rehabilitation of the Hawk's Landing apartment complex including the buildings and site. There are 6 apartment buildings that have 24 units each. In each building thee are two stairwells that access 12 units each. . . There is a small leasing office/maintenance garage that will be demolished and replaced with a new 1,000 sq. ft. structure. The project will be developed consistent with the Enterprise Green Communities criteria."
